Didnt really know where to put this, but I just got a new flashlight and it came with a red, blue, and a green filter, what are these really used for.

You can shine a light with a red filter at deer and they won't flinch - I tried it once.

Supposedly blue filters make blood show up better, haven't tried this yet.

Green won't ruin your night vision......................DJ
