Have subject scope and currently mtd. on '06 rifle and been thinking about mounting on 375HH.
Question is will the increased recoil damage this vintage scope?? Scope is in excellent condition w/ thin crosshair/post reticle and don't want to damage. All feedback appreciated.

as i remember it the hawk dies not have a permanently centered reticule. i'm not sure that i would want that on a 375.

I don't know if it is permanent centered or not, only took few clicks to get zeroed, but agree with you and will just leave it where it is. Like the old saying, if it works, don't fix it.
