What is the ball park price range for having a full body mount done on a duiker here in the USA? I know several here have done it. I am checking to see if my taxidermist is being honest with me or not.

Prices will run $800 to $1,200.....possibly more if you wish to have furniture as well.

Vapodog,

That's not that bad IMO. Here in Norway, a Damaraland Dikdik cost me about US$2000 for a full mount! But then everythings more expensive here...

Full lion (mountain) mounts are currently running about $2,200.....and of course you must furnish the lion.....approximate hunt cost of that is about $2,500.....and you might have to go several times to get one.

At $12,000 the guy is going to wait a long time I suspect.
