Mike: I looked at US Navy medical regs and there are no shots required for Zimbabwe. Hepatitis is "recommended" but not mandatory. Just to be on the safe side though, I would get tetanus, yellow fever though. jorge

I got hep a & b if I got both through the county they were free.

Hep A, Hep B, meningitis, and typhoid. Don't need yellow fever in Zim.

Go to the above website. It's the Centers for Disease Control's (US government) recommendations for travel in Southern Africa. Maybe a bit of overkill but a "must" read.
