It seems like last year someone put some downloadable badges together for forum members to wear at the conventions. I thought that was a good idea, is anyone going to do it this year. If not, maybe I'll enlist my wife's talents and see if she can put one together.

I made my own a couple of years ago. I'll have to look for it. I've also got a ball cap that says "Accurate Reloading" on it. Look for me in the hat at SCI.

Mike, still playing with the idea. My wife reminded me about a cub scout arrow of light award ceremony for my son that's conflicting. Also, I told a buddy my shorthair and I would help him take some young teens (who just completed hunter saftey) hunting for the first time of Saturday. So, I'm seeing if something can squeeze in there. I'll let you know. Any word on whether Pierre will be in Reno? If so will he have a booth or just be attending? I've tasked by wife (she's such a good sport with my unreasonable requests) to prepare a member label badge that can be downloaded and printed off. Hopefully she can incorporate the AR logo. I'll see if she gets it done today. Now that UEG mentions it, it was he that I recall making a badge. I think it would be nice to have an AR badge hanging off the nametag so we can put faces to screennames.

With the heavy handed censorship on here I hung my cap up and it will stay hung!

What is the trick to getting the emblem to copy and print? Cannot seem to get it copied to Word.

Right click the picture and save it to your PC desktop. Then open MS Word and drag the saved photo into the document. Use Word to add name or screen name etc - then print. "Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult."

I have noticed some thin skins lately---deleted threads and banned posters -we all lose in censorship nothin sweeter than the smell of fresh blood on your hunting boots

My thoughts were not to advertise for AR - though I think the more people that are chatting on here the better for everyone, but to make members more identifiable to one another at the shows; so we can put faces to names. I'll see if I can light a fire with my wife to get something put together.

Thanks a bunch. Never did get it to print to Word on my computer, but wife found another way to do it It seems to get lost in cyperspace every timer we tried to go to Word. Anyway, the name tags are made if we get to Dallas.

I bought a cap and will get my "screen name" put on it some where. Not sure I'm going to Dallas now, of course Houston is in my yard Robert If we can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people, under the pretense of taking care of them, they must become happy. I right clicked and selected print picture. Perfect 1st time. Then cut out and told printer to enlarge. Will write screen name in large black letters and pin to my shirt. There will be no mistaking it. I recently got a new Canon printer and it works absolutely fantastic!! Looking forward to meeting some of ya'll this weekend.
