It isn't often that one can put on paper a scene as filled with danger and drama as the one artfully depicted below.

In fact it's such a dramatic scene that the artist had to tape two pieces of paper together to get the full effect of the horrible scene which is unfolding.

Very rare is it, when you see,

A lion attacking an elephant which is being chased by a cape buffalo under the African sun!

I was presented this wonderfull picture when I got home from work tonight. Thought some of you would enjoy this.

Part one

Part two

The artist and experienced African traveler and blood tracker 5 Year old Bailee. Bailee and her sister went to South Africa with me a year ago and helped their dad track down a wounded blue wildebeeste.

I presented Bailee with her first rifle this year it is a CZ scout .22LR I suggested that we should put a sticker on it so that it would be personalized. I suggested a Bumble bee she looked at with a very serious 5 year old look and proclaimed "why not a buffalo or a warthog daddy?"

surestrike, that is great and looks like you will be paying for some dangerous game hunting in the future thumb At least she has good taste on what animals she likes and what are great for hunting. Let me know when she is ready for a buff and will give her a great hunt thumb

T Carr,

Bailee is at the moment having a fit because her mommmy has made her go to bed before she thought it was time. But as soon as we get that ironed out we'll be back in business negotiations HOPEFULLY LATE tommorrow morning.. Big Grin

Because I'm ready to sleep right now... Big Grin

A great piece of art!

I can only hope that my 9 month old daughter will grow to have the african interest your lovely daughter has. I'm guessing she will.

It's obvious that you're raising Bailee right. thumb

Great art! I'll wager the best trophy you've is standing there holding that spear, and Gemsbok mount! Hard to top that one! Wink

You gotta to love a young lady in barbie pj's holding a spear!! I am chastised on almost a daily basis by my 11 year old for not taking her to RSA last year. Make sure you frame her artwork!
