Robert, as a advertiser to the mag I have an extra copy that I can post to you...OR..if you wait a couple of weeks, then we can ask Willi on this forum to take it to the States for you after his hunt with me. He leaves middle June. I think you might save some cost if the post comes from the U.S.

I enjoyed the article so much, that I'm looking at doing the same thing next year.......drop me a line via e-mail, I would like to talk to you about the cost of the hunt.....charl@infinito-safaris.com

I hope this helps.....I'm sure Ganyana can give you some pointers as well, he is the editor of the mag.

Cheers

If you have a fax number, I will send a copy of the article. Is this the article by Cam Greig?

i just received this year's first issue today. am i the only one who got their magazine kind of late? 5 months into the year seems a little late to get the first issue of a magazine published 6 times a year.

My copy of African Hunter arrived in Texas yesterday (5-28-08). If published six times a year, and the year is not fiscal but calendar as indicated on the cover (Number 1 of 2008), then the arrival would seem a little late. Maybe that means we are about to get slammed heavy in the coming months with the most awesome read out there! I look forward to it.

I read a wide variety of publications daily. It’s an obsession, I guess. As a broadcasting and journalism major and former newspaper editor, I am VERY impressed with the depth and overall quality of African Hunter. I wish it was a weekly – I wouldn’t care what the cost!

I was extremely disappointed in the issue when it arrived.

No where to be found was my article "Becky the Buffalo."

It is a story about eco-expert Ganyana (mounted atop Becky, the female buffalo that is a member of his sterilization program), where all aggressive buffalo are to be wiped out for tourism safety.

You will be able to recognize Ganyana by his EcoGreen Birkenstocks, sporting a camo sombrero, picked up during a drunk in Tiajuana.

It has been rumored that Ganyana is also sporting official Craig Boddington signature boxers, but that could not be confirmed by my sources.

Maybe it will appear in the next issue. Stay tuned.

I received my copy yesterday, and, unlike Will's "Becky the Buffalo" article, my article was in there!
