Stop by Tuffpak booths 202 thru 204 and say Howdy!

All AR members welcome!!

You can tell the boss man all the changes you want made.

In case you did not know the Custom Gun and Engravers folks are having thier convention at the Silver Legacy and have extended hours until 9 on Fri. I have never had time to go there due to working the booth so I plan on being there Fri. night drooling on beautiful firearms!

C,
Jim and I usually go Friday and Sat. It takes the entire two days just to walk the floor . . . and that means skipping lunch . . . and we've been so often that there are many booths we don't even pause by. So, no, I personally don't think the dinners, etc, are all that attractive. By the time we've seen the exhibit hall, we're sufficiently beat that all we want to do is go eat and crash. If you're going to go the full four days, that might be a different story, but cheap sorts that we are . . . This year, BTW, we're only doing Saturday since we already know what our hunts for the next two years are.

Just recieved my registration forms this past week.

I am planning on heading out there myself. Anyone think these extra events like the Dinners and SCI breakfasts are worth attending?

Kathi,

That's a good idea and I am staying at the Atlantis. I'll check the schedule and hopefully make that appointment!

There is a great bar across the street from the Convention Center at the Atlantis Hotel. The bar has a waterfall. I was thinking Friday night, 6 p.m. after the show closes. This way AR members could just walk across the street from the show. Since I am one of the few AR members who will be working instead of having a good time (like my husband) the first round is on me.

I can't get away from my booth (#928) but would be glad to have any of you stop by and say hello.

DavidC,
Good idea, as the convention gets closer maybe we can set up a few different meet spots, even breakfast at the Purple Parrot before the show opens.

Kathi,

I am staying at the Atlantis as well. It would be fun to get together for a couple drinks with the folks from AR.
If one time does not suit everyones schedual possibly we could have a couple different times for folks to meet...
maybe lunch in the afternoon one day and drinks in the evening another?

I will be there for the whole show and will check out the ACGG as well. I am starting to get a little nervous
about all of this. It will be my first time at SCI and I am not at all sure that I will be in full control of
my wallet. I really wish my wife were going....she would keep me in line!!!

Regards,
Dave
