Build one in 458 Lott, and the other 375 Wby or 500 something. Depending on if you think that the Lott should be the larger or smaller of the two. With both the Lott and the Wby you will still have the option of standard loads in a pinch, ie: 458 Win. and 375 H&H.

But, as you are a tanker and like really large bores, maybe they should be 585 Nyati and 600 Overkill.

500 Grains,
No part of any firearm deserves such a cruel fate. I wouldnt even subject a rusted out Carcano or MAS to that kind of disgrace. But as my friend from Alabama threatens to the boys who get too close to his daughters: " I wouold be happy to run him through a chipper shredder over a catfish pond." The fish eat all the evidence. In this case they would all die of food poisoning.

Since you have two 1917 actions, one of them can be classified as 'surplus'. You could use the surplus 1917 for the greater benefit of mankind by ramming it into any orifice of your choice here:

I have a take off M70 barrel in .300 wby I can donate to this particular cause. All we need now is ducktape and a bellows.
