Kind of you Mike...Thank you!!!

I have processed several thousand pictures since I took up photography...and several hundred TrophyShots up to now...however, I keep exploring new concepts from time to time...I just need the right picture to work on...I'm like an artist right now with all the paint but no canvas... rotflmo

The great thing for the donor is he/she will end up with a free digital enhancement file that will be very, very unique and a definite wall-hanger for their home or office. Big Grin

Brice,

The picture will have to be your property...not something one can take off the internet or something Big Grin shame

Or a picture that was given to you say by a family member or something where you own the rights!

This will not be used for commercial use... by either me or the donor as part of the stipulations...

I just want to create an image that I'm envisioning...whether the image can support it remains to be seen once I look over the images that are sent in....then I will determine the qualifying image.

Late Bloomer's photography reminds me of Harry Potter movies and how the photos talk & move! I wish you could do a charging elephant photos which includes the screaming as well the smell of dust!

In the 1970s, my dad took a lot of pictures of charging elephants in India. He avoided the cows with calves as they are the most dangerous. He would spot a tusker (only males have tusks in this species) and he would park the jeep and walk up to the elephant. After he had established his SLR camera setting dad would imitate a tiger roar which would provoke a blind charge. Then he would start clicking until the tusker was about 10 meters away & then he would run back to the jeep.

All these games almost got him killed once when he was running back to the jeep & he stepped into a small depression and buckled backwards. He was on the ground on his bum with one hand extended backwards in an awkward position from which he could not get up quickly. The charging elephant stopped about 3 or 4 meters away and continued to scream and stir up dust while the rest of the staff were in the jeep, shocked into silence.

Dad always believed that it was devine intervention that saved his life as he had already started praying in surrender!
