In 30 days from today I will be on a plane headed to Namibia. This will be my first trip and I can't wait for it to start.
I have almost everything ready to go, need to step up my walking program and shoot off the sticks a little more. Many thanks to T. Carr for the wonderful lists that makes this a whole lot easier.

I can not believe how excited I am to be doing this, I feel like a kid again going on one of my first hunts with my dad.
Anyway it is all you AR guys fault, I never had an inkling about going to Africa until this site came to my attention.
I have to ask a question as part of the hunt cost does anybody else have bath remodel as one the line items. Mine was written in at the bottom in female handwriting, well that is now done with 30 days to concentrate on the final trip prep.

Wayne,

My list wound up with a new set of furniture penciled in at the bottom for the "new" trophy room after the taxidermy was done.Big Grin Sure turned out nicely though!!

Just think how much fun you'll have reviewing the list, packing and repacking a couple times. The 30 days will pass before you know it and you'll be on the way.

Who are you hunting with???

Remember to give us a full report WITH PHOTOS when you get back.

Good luck.

Phil

Montana and Dad have a super hunt and great time...Get some of the lunesta or ambien to help with your sleep....
No naps till bedtime..If you go to sleep your will be really screwed up..I find it better to stay awake and head to bed 9or so first night and with the lunesta you will sleep very soundly and complete rest...
I switched to lunesta...both give no drug hangovers...
