Why not have some cases custom headstamped as the .375 RIP? That would seem to work on several different levels. If someone had a muzzle brake on such a rifle he could call it the 375 RIP/SNORT.

I was going to apologize for getting off topic until I realized that I was indeed talking about dangerous game.

Saeed,
Thanks, and thanks again from this addict to your website.

JCN,
A bit of loose association, but O.K., vasectomies are a good thing. A bit more than I needed to know about your sex life. I got snipped too, and have been eternally grateful for it.

This has got to be the last such toy idea for me. I have African Sheep Rifles in .404 Jeffery, and a .416 Dakota is in the works ... however, the .416 Dakota will be shifted over to another M70 Winchester, and if the Dakota stainless 76 African ever becomes a reality it will be this:

Chambered with a .375 RUM reamer and bolt face opened up to use .404 Jeffery Norma brass, to eliminate most of that rebate on the standard .375 RUM case.

The .375 RUM is almost identical to Saeed's .375/404. I believe he makes his brass from .416 Dakota or .404 Jeffery Norma brass? Sumbuddy who know, correct me if I am wrong.

Maybe someday we shall have properly head-stamped brass for the .375/404.

If I have to get it made myself, it will be the ".375/.404 Crazy Horse."

If Saeed ever gets a headstamp for his, might it be the ".375/.404 Saeed?"

Hey, I could forego the Crazy Horse and buy some Saeed stuff if it ever gets added to the online store catalog.

Not a bad idea. Not baaaaaad at all. Baa baa ... I love barbecued mutton.

I have a similar story. I had a vascectomy in my mid thirties. A few months later I moved back east to take a job as an ER doctor. It paid pretty good money. An attractive (and materialistic) young nurse, not knowing my recent surgical history, spent a few months trying to trap me into marriage by getting pregnant. I could always tell when she was ovulating. Eventually I let her see what my true character was like and she left to go find someone more malleable to her wishes. I never did tell her that I was firing blanks. She would have cut my throat (or worse) while I was sleeping. A female judge would have dismissed the charges and nominated her for a good citizenship award.
