I received a catalog from Cabela's yesterday showing all the hunt's they have available and I was very suprised to see a hunt offered in Zimbabwe for leopards with the use of dogs.

As I recall it was a package hunt - 10 days @ $25,000.

Has Zimbabwe changed their minds on this issue?

To my knowledge nothing has changed in ZIM on hunting leopards with dogs as long as it is not in a national park or a safari area, in other words, private land or communal area and maybe some other property definitions. The Zim guys can clarify for sure. Norman Crooks has been dogging leopards for years.

It is in Namibia that leopard hunting with dogs was recently banned. Perhaps this is what you were thinking of.
