Gentlemen: I was looking at the P.H. list of HHK Safaris and noticed that the P.H. that my wife and i had hunted with, Anton Coetzee, in 2000 is no longer on the list of P.H.'s under the employ of HHK. I was curious as to may have happened to him. Paul K Take Trophies - Leave Brass | ||

Of course, everyone must decide what is best for thenselves and their own situation, but as an outsider, living up north would appear to be a poor substitute for a life in the bush. The number of variables involved preclude the possibility of a perfect hunt. Some problems will arise. How you decide to handle them will determine how much you enjoy your hunt. Just tell yourself, "it's all part of the adventure." Remember, if Robert Ruark had gotten upset every time problems with Harry Selby's flat bed truck delayed the safari, Horn of the Hunter would have read like an indictment of Selby.
