The world of safari hunting seems to be breaking into two camps; those who think that hunting is a boy's game, and wives, although they may be loved dearly, just don't belong in a hunt camp. The other camp is made up of hunters who consider their spouses their best friend and find their hunting experience is enhanced in the company of their spouse.

The good news is - both camps can have a great time on safari!

The truth will set you free,
but first it's gonna piss you off!

I was planning to take wife and step-daughter on the upcoming safari. Wife doesn't do well with flying (as she decided on flights from Wichita to Houston, Tulsa to New Orleans, Wichita to Jamaica), so the girls aren't going.

Means more money for trophy fees. Big Grin

If there is a downside, that's it. It costs about 75% more to take her. Good news is, now she gets it and I get NO resistance about it, which brings us back around to the downside I mentioned earlier...
