I am trying to locate information on the aforementioned company. I have searched the hunting reports section and found nothing. Don C's hunting reports had noting recent either. I did find one mention of them in an old (2004) post and have reached out to that member. However, would appreciate any other assistance in obtaining insight into this group.

The main man - Lloyd Yeatman - appears on the 2006 Zim PH list, so that's good. Appears they hunt southern portion of Zim, Lowveld and Gonarezhou areas. A 14 day safari booked for end of July is open and I would be after primarily leopard, with other game as encountered.

Is this an area that Americans can hunt, meaning no one on associated on restricted list? Couldn't find anything but not knowing how quickly this stuff changes worries me a bit.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Ganyana - I sense there is more to this than stated. A report would surely be interesting Smiler

As the man with the pulse of the most current Zim situation, what do you know of the area or company? Would you have concerns about this area as it relates to either game, presence of war vets or anything else? Appreciate any and all thoughts.

All I know about chibimbi, is that Blairs was, or maybe is booking hunts with them as we were scheduled to go, but had to cancel at the last minute in 2001. It was a good thing, as we were scheduled to be in africa on sept 11...

They were highly recommended.

Lee - Blairs still book for them, their web site though doesn't list much by way of references, camp info, where to fly into, etc.. Will call them later this week.

I looked at a hunt Blair had a few years back and did a subsequent search of all reports for them on Don C's Hunting report. I found there to be quite a few, more than usual I felt, negative reports from Blair clients on a variety of hunts. I decided to book through another agent. This may be irrelevent to the safari co being looked at, but thought it may be another perspective. As always, do your homework.
