No not that Big Baby...this one! Just received pictures of my .458 Lott from Tim Howsman of Double T Gunshop in Haslett, Texas. She is almost ready for delivery! This will be a great carry rifle. Winchester classic 70 action, Lilja barrel, NECG sights and barrel band swivel and McMillan Signature Safari stock with Sunny Hill bottom metal. She has a decelarator pad, mercury recoil reducer in the butt and an easily removed muzzle brake. She ain't as pretty as one of my Davenports but she's a beaut in a homely sorta way...and she should be hell on big critters!!!!!

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch...
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

bwanamrm,

Love the looks of a hunting rifle..I have the necg sights of my Lott and love to shoot it without a brake..Which I feel is not necessary..My opinion...
Will have to let us know how it performs...

Very nice and very practical. I love my .458 Lott even though it is just a Ruger Magnum Safari!

That looks like a real tool and I mean that as a compliment.

I love the color combo in the feathering on the McMillan stock!

I suggest that you make sure that the Mod 70 doesn't have the problem of locking up if the bolt comes up part way.
