Just got off the phone with Ben Kimmel of DSC and he gave me the location of our room. It is Ballroom C4. To get to it you will leave the showroon floor and get "out stamped" as it is not directly off the show area. We will have some seating i e chairs and maybe couches I am not sure. As to food (I have had inquires) all food MUST be purchased from show vendors. The room must be policed by us i e kept clean.

Sounds like this room is at the convention center and is being provided for AR members to have a place to relax without having to leave the center. There aren't any functions being held in this room are there? From another thread it seemed as though dinners were being held at a restaurant and a Comfort Inn. I just didn't know if there was any kind of agenda or plan for the ballroom.

Yes, I don't want to do anything that would create problems for DSC. They have a contract with the Convention Center.
