This probably equates to over 8 tonnes of live game. What is the is worth in terms of revenue, employment, rural development, environmental/conservation etc..??? | |||

I would say it is more like 25+ tonne of live game as most of that must be dried meat. If it was fresh meat, it would have a lot of blood & flies! "When the wind stops....start rowing. When the wind starts, get the sail up quick." | |||

Nakihunter, Thanks for that. When I was typing that I thought it feels low... I was thinking of slaughtered carcass weight and not in terms of dried meat... Which normally equates toless than 20% of carcass weight. So that's a lot of Game. Leon | |||
