Ladies and Gentlemen,

It does not seem it is already a year since our little baby was born.

She will be one years old day after tomorrow.

 -

My future hunting partner. She loves to spend time with us here in the lab - mind you, nothing ever gets done when she is around.

 -

Hessa is inspecting daddy's guns and ammo case, which have just returned from Tanzania.

 -

Here she is doing what she does best - re-orgenizing our shells and empty brass!

Saeed,

Hessa is an absolute doll. I suspect she will be quite a shooter someday with all her early training. [Smile]

Saeed,

What a beautiful little girl you have. She looks very happy to be *helping* daddy in the lab.

My daughter will be 1 year old in January. She is so much fun I don't know how I got along without her!!

Regards,
Dave

She looks like quite a charmer.

My daughter liked sorting my brass as well. She came in quite handy after she learned to separate 9mm, 357 and 45 after a day at the range.

Now I do the sorting and she seems to be able to do much of the "emptying".

Happy birthday to you!

Well folks, enjoy the forum now while it exists...

It's gonna be history once Uncle Walter teaches Hessa how to use the computer... [Eek!] [Eek!]

Cute kid.
I dont have kids, but I have a nephew that is 2 and we are close. It is amazing how fast they grow up. Make sure you take lots of pictures. These are the times to remember.

BTW, what was her latest greatest accomplishment?

Saeed,

Nice pictures. You know what they say: Behind every successfull man is a great woman. Looks like you have the makings of a great woman there. [Smile]

Just think, another 13 years or so and you can fight off all the boys, lol.

Dear Saeed,
Hessa looks wonderful, my best regards to all of you on the happy occasion, and my very best wishes for Hessa! My own daughter turns seven on friday, it seems only yesterday she was as young as Hessa, it goes so quick.

I gave my girl a little collection of empty brass from the range, from 22LR to 375 H&H, so she would leave my alone, and put some stuffed birds on the walls in her room - she is so proud over them and shows them to all her friends from school! She is with me shooting birds when the conditions admit it, and have even been retreiving almost as good as a lab! [Smile]

What a baby doll!

My daughter is 22 years old. Luckily, she got her mother's looks, and her father's brains. [Wink]

Hopefully the same has happened to Hessa, and hopefully "Uncle Walter" will not have too profound an effect on her development. [Wink]

What a lovely young one! A lovely smile too.

Enjoy the days ... life gets more complicated later. The great challenge is the transition from child to friend. Is much easier when the career has not gotten in the way too much along the way.

Best,
