i have 2 weeks of vacation in late Sept.-early Oct and looking for a 10 day sable hunt in Zim or Moz. might add a buff if possible. not interested in much else in the way of plains game. any outfitters/booking agents got any ideas? jerry

We can set you up for the Doma area in Zim, got to be one of the best Sable areas in Africa. And one of the cheapest. You can also take a buff there but it's not primo buff country. Daily is $750 for Sable/Buff in this area, 12 days will be sufficient. If you just want Sable we do that hunt in the same area at $550 10 days.

You could also hunt the Zambezi Valley, but that's primarily a buff hunt and Sable are secondary. Dailies in this area will run you quite a bit more...circa $1050 for this combo in Dande N. But it's by far the best buff area in Zim.

Final option is PAC/Sable. These Sable are on private land, unfenced, about an hour from the PAC camp. Daily will run you $500, 12 days. PAC $4K bull. You can also do a leopard from the same camp 14 days same daily with Sable, PAC or both.

We may change these rates in the near future, but until we do they are good.
