Too funny! Croc's gone Wild! Since New Orleans is underwater, a girl's got to make due somehow.

Great that both the subject and Buzz had the moxy to put the photo up on the site.

$2,400.00 for airfare from Dallas to Harare.

$8,000.00 in daily rate for 10 days in safari camp.

$6,500 in trophy fees

Having a trophy photo of your crocodile with your tits hanging out posted on you outfitter's web page and plastered all over Accruate Reloading...PRICELESS!

Bill, see what happens when you hunt in sleeveless shirts?

Geeze, one "hooter" shot and you crazed nuts go wild!...Me too!

Sure would have made things complicated had she been in my camp?!...After nearrly 3 weeks in the bush, all of us were hornier than a 70" Kudu!

All things considered I gotta tip my hat to her for having a good sense of humor and not giving a damn about waht the "prudes" might think!

Sorry, but the owners of that website demonstrate an incredible lack of taste and class in posting that kind of thing.

Sure, it's funny, but only in a rather sad and exploitive sort of way.

I'm no prude, but can you imagine taking your wife along on safari with a company that would post that kind of thing? Not me. thumbdown

What people here on AR think is one thing, but what crossed my mind when I saw the picture is what the trackers/game scouts must have thought.

It was most likely something along the lines with: "Look at those white fools. Behaving like crazy monkeys as usual".

It's stunts like these that make the black africans secretly laugh at the whiteman behind his back. And convinces them that white women are "easy"...

This is all in good fun, as was the picture. Not my cup of tea personally. Buzz said Linda just does this when it gets hot, did it on a previous hunt just like the guys do, thinks nothing of it and I'd assume was all for this picture being taken. In addition to being a lawyer, she is apparently also an acclaimed wildlife artist and did some work for/with SCI, including a magazine cover or two I believe. Buzz told me he has a strict "hands off" policy, and from my experience his ethics are beyond reproach. Perfect judgment when it comes to females, well.... Big Grin

"Exploitive"...Not even close! Obviously she "CONSENTED"....Nobody has been exploited here. AND, given the fact that she is an attorney - guarantee she consented to having these pix posted.

Tasteless, OK I'll side with you on that one.

I'll guarantee that this was done to spark controversy and get some old fart-knockers stirred-up....and that it did!

Lighten-up and be glad your sweeties "don't go there"!

Also, "tasteless" would be more correctly directed at those who have begun to criticize this woman's physicality....She has more "nads" than the cyber-cowards that hide behind the plasma screen and take pot shots!

She looks good to me!

Hmmm... I just hit the web site and noticed that the photo has been changed on the opening page. (I'm not sure if there is code on the web site to rotate the images automatically or not. Looking at the source code, I don't think there is but I'm not a web site programming expert.)

However, the photo in question is still shown here;

Legistine actu? Quid scripsi?

Never under estimate the internet community's ability to reply to your post with their personal rant about their tangentially related, single occurrence issue.

What I have learned on AR, since 2001:
1. The proper answer to: Where is the best place in town to get a steak dinner? is…You should go to Mel's Diner and get the fried chicken.
2. Big game animals can tell the difference between .015 of an inch in diameter, 15 grains of bullet weight, and 150 fps.
3. There is a difference in the performance of two identical projectiles launched at the same velocity if they came from different cartridges.
4. While a double rifle is the perfect DGR, every 375HH bolt gun needs to be modified to carry at least 5 down.
5. While a floor plate and detachable box magazine both use a mechanical latch, only the floor plate latch is reliable. Disregard the fact that every modern military rifle uses a detachable box magazine.
6. The Remington 700 is unreliable regardless of the fact it is the basis of the USMC M40 sniper rifle for 40+ years with no changes to the receiver or extractor and is the choice of more military and law enforcement sniper units than any other rifle.
7. PF actions are not suitable for a DGR and it is irrelevant that the M1, M14, M16, & AK47 which were designed for hunting men that can shoot back are all PF actions.
8. 95 deg F in Africa is different than 95 deg F in TX or CA and that is why you must worry about ammunition temperature in Africa (even though most safaris take place in winter) but not in TX or in CA.
9. The size of a ding in a gun's finish doesn't matter, what matters is whether it’s a safe ding or not.
10. 1 in a row is a trend, 2 in a row is statistically significant, and 3 in a row is an irrefutable fact.
11. Never buy a WSM or RCM cartridge for a safari rifle or your go to rifle in the USA because if they lose your ammo you can't find replacement ammo but don't worry 280 Rem, 338-06, 35 Whelen, and all Weatherby cartridges abound in Africa and back country stores.
12. A well hit animal can run 75 yds. in the open and suddenly drop with no initial blood trail, but the one I shot from 200 yds. away that ran 10 yds. and disappeared into a thicket and was not found was lost because the bullet penciled thru. I am 100% certain of this even though I have no physical evidence.
13. A 300 Win Mag is a 500 yard elk cartridge but a 308 Win is not a 300 yard elk cartridge even though the same bullet is travelling at the same velocity at those respective distances.

Bob,

the photos are switched quite often when new trophy pictures are added to their website. Even I had the "honor" of being on the front page a while! With my shirt on however.

But as I posted before, but might not have been clear with, I have no problem with her wanting a trophy picture like that, or them using it if she said that it's OK. It is mentioned in a post somewhere above, that many local black women walk around topless. This is true, and no one local thinks about it twice. Because breasts are for babyfood, and not for sexual pleasure amongst most black africans. However, I know for a fact that they do think differantly of white women who show a bit more skin than usual. Which can create a "wrong attitude" towards later female clients IMO.

What Ann said about Linda is true. She is an attorney here in Las Vegas. I just looked her up in my attorney's directory. Haven't had any cases with her as of yet. Kind of gives us Las Vegas attorneys a bad rap. (As if we didn't before the picture was posted).
