Dear Ray.I am expecting you to be in top shape and take excellent footage.
I am expecting my trackers and everyone else to be in top shape too!
We are after a huge bull if you know what I mean-one with really heavy ivory!
We will need some scotch for the evenings and some sadza.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with cow hunting!

I wish they allowed that in every country!

that's true, Saeed, as long as the animal targeted is a bull and a cow gets clobbered by mistake.

Actually, I like it when the wrong animal is shot!

We were hunting in South Africa years ago.

I had tick fever, and was feeling bloody miserable, but, I would not stop hunting.

I was in the back of a truck - yep, shooting from the back of the truck, and I could not careless what some might think!

It was pouring like cats and dogs.

I wounded a blesbok, and we tried to find him among a large herd.

Each time the PH pointed "him" for me, I dropped "him".

As we got to him, it was not the right one!

It continued like this, until we had quite a few "wrong"ones dead!

All free of charge of course clap

A friend was with me sitting in front of teh truck away from the rain.

He said "You are RAVING MAD! You look half dead, shivering like mad, and you think you are having fun??"

He wasn't a hunter, so what does he know beer

Clarify for me, please.
Is this in reference to Shootaway's buffalo hunt or when he goes to a single's bar?

I have never been to single's bar, so would someone please enlighten me how one gets a cow from there?

I though the whole idea of going to a singles bar was to get a fox clap

Actually this is a true story.

A friend of mine used to go to bars here in Dubai, specifically to pick girls.

Whenever he had been successful, we used to ask him how many beers he had to drink to think the girl was worth his efforts.

This varied from a minimum of 8 and up.

One day he came with a great smile on his face.

He said he had a "one beer"girl the night before!!

WE all had bets that he would marry her.

And he did, and he is still married to her.

Hell man, if the strap needs changing I wonder what state the binos are in, besides, you might want to consider a model better adapted to the hunt you are going to do. coffee

I thought I might change the thin cord to something a little thicker but on second thought I might just leave it the way it is.

George-
As a Canadian are you allowed to hunt in Zim with your own gun or do you have to use a camp gun?
