Namibia and South Africa are great destinations for plains game if you are worried about political situations. You can do your hunting and add some interesting side trips to parks and cultural attractions.

I have a mailer going out this week with the 2006 prices. If you want one send me an email with a mailing address. If anyone else wants the same let me know.

I fulfilled a dream of a working guy in 2004. My wife saved what would have been a truck payment for one year. She knew by my books, Africa was a dream, not even a possible reality. I have worked my job for 35.5 years and never been sick. My "reward" for my years of service, to myself, was going to be a trip to RSA to hunt plains game. She, out of the blue, asked me what I wanted more than anything in the world for myself. Everyone's health was good so I said, "Africa." She dropped the plane ticket, customs forms, and my hunting dates in my lap. I went and it's what I dream about as I doze off to sleep each night.

Is is cheaper then Alaska, Canada, or Russia? Heck yes! Is it safe? Yep! How many people got bumped off in the largest city, last night in your State? Then look at how many tourist and hunters got robbed, murdered or "et" by an animal in Africa. Am I going back? You betcha!

If you want to know how it's done, PM me. Go for it!

Some will tell you Zim. is ok, but I'm still not going until Mugabe is out (JMO). I have been to RSA & Mozambiqe & had great times in both places. I would like to try Namibia next time, maybe the Caprivi for buffalo. Tanzania seems to be the premier destination but I haven't been there yet either. Do go, if you like to hunt you can't miss Africa & you can't go just once. cheers
