Ladies and Gentlemen,

NitroX and myself have had a discussion, and we both decided to forget what had happened in the past few days.

NitroX's posting privilleges have been re-instated, and he can enjoy participating in all our discussions.

There is no hard feelings between us.

Dealing with conflicts is never easy, but being able to do so constructively is a sure sign of maturity.

Good on both of you.

Just pointing out the two way street, missing, I'm sure inadvertantly, in Saeed's post:

As Nitrox is able to enjoy participating - and learn from participating; so too are we able to enjoy his participation and learn from it.

The willingness to speak to each other, to drop your disagreements, speaks very well of both of you. It deepens my respect for both of you.

Nitrox, as a relative newcomer, it is presumptuous of me to welcome you back, but I do.

Yes, Saaed and I exchanged some emails over the last day or two, and decided to put the past few happenings behind us and forget about them. Move forward again afresh.

Looking forward to some good hunting and shooting discussions here on AR again.

Good Hunting.

PS MikeH416Rigby is back as well. Smiler

As a rule, I hate conflicts. We were shooting ourselves in the foot.
