This is a video of a Japanese idiot who left his safari car to photograph the lions!

He paid for his stupidity with his life. A shame they had to shoot the lions though!

Another Darwin Awards winner!

Really? The video looks quite real so far...

(yet it's the question if man-eating lions would continue to feed on the corpse when they are filmed so closely)

Every year someone on a tour bus normally becomes a meal for a large predator in Africa, I think there have been two so far this year. A couple of years ago a teenager from Spokane, Washington was killed but a croc. In the US I don't do photography without a pistol, in Africa where everything either wants to bite you, sting you or eat you. I would think I should upgrade to the 585 Nyati. jumping

Mink and Wall Tents don't go together. Especially when you are sleeping in the Wall Tent.

Kovu

It has to do with Tourist Photo Safaris and acclimization of animals in Parks. Familiarity breeds contempt. Now some Lions get shot for doing what they are trained to do by Eco Tourists. What a shame.

.223 I believe Kovu has conducted himself in a polite manner and has not done anything to draw your comment.
Perhaps by treating him with respect he will see that hunting and the shooting sports do not harbor killers and spoilers of the environment but rather show that hunters and shooters are the real protectors of the Earth's plenty.

Frank,

I see that you dont agree with me on my choice of words. If they offended you I truly am sorry to you. Kuvo has in other posts brought this upon himself. I show as many people I can what hunting is really about by taking them. As a matter of fact I am taking an elderly gentleman squirrel hunting tommorow morning. Needless to say he has never been hunting. At any rate each to his own and I apologize if I offened you.-Cheers to the animals I kill to consume beer

Hey Frank,

Kovu is just a troll.

When are you going to leave that crazy place and move up here? I cannot keep up with all the ground squirrels, and I try, I really try.
