mohanTRIJICON MALFUNCTION
Several of you know that a few weeks ago I had requested the forum for help regarding my Trijicon Scope Malfunction.
I well duty bound & Obligated to give the members an update.
I received information, contact numbers & suggestions from several of you, for which I am thankful.
I want to particularly thank Dave Fulson, & Ivan Carter, who provided me with contact numbers for Tom Munson @ trijicon.
Trijicon Received my Scopes on Mar 16th 9 :06 am
UPS just delvered both my scores to me in Ohio today Mar 25th 1:00Pm. I want to commend & compliment All involved specially Mr jimmy Reed
Service Manager of Trijicon for this Turnaround & Service.
I also want to thank This Forum that Saeed has so genorously provided to give us hunters a
Platform to communicate our unique problems.
With a sincere thank you to Trijicon,and all forum Members for their suggestions ,commments,I am very thankful. mo Das

Thanks for the update and I am glad that they(trijicon) got you fixed up. Now we just have to figure out a way to get Jas and yourself up here to do some shooting!

Dave FulsonSounds like the Trijicon boys did a pretty good job of taking care of you. Very good ! I thought that would be the case. I was happy to point you in the right direction, but I am sure that you received no special attention, just the standard response of anyone contacting their customer service people. Yours was exactly the response I expected you would get. Thanks for the update.
