you'll probably want to get those converted to JPG format for easier use.

I don't know about the music part ....

But a PDF document can be converted to Jpg by
1. CTR Print Screen
2. Paste on Paint
3. Crop picture to required borders
4. Save as jpg file
5. Host the jpg file on photobucket
6. Link this photo file to the AR post that you are writing.

It is school boy method that works for me.

You can do the same thing with any document such as Excel spreadsheet or wrod document on the the computer screen.
