I jsut got an e-mail from Safari Cargo informing me they have our crate. They included the following in thier e-mail:

"We would like to confirm that both shipments have been combined in one crate so has the relevant documentation. Kindly note that we are not allowed to send combined shipments into the USA unless the secondary person is under age."

I thought it was OK to combine, if it is not why did the dipping and crating company inform us and take care of it?

Just picked up our combined shipment from the RSA about 6 weeks ago. No problem at all. Everything was listed under one hunter on the documentation and each tropy was tagged correctly inside.
