HI ALL,

Many of you don't know me as my work the last 2 years have taken me away from the computer alot and I haven't been on AR that much... However... I have accepted the position of senior pastor at a church in Wheatland, Wyoming. We have lived in Africa since 1999 and SHE will always be deep in the recesses of my soul. I just returned to Namibia for only two weeks and sold all my posessions there. With the low exchange rate it gave me more $$$ for my stuff. I am already restless thinking how and when I'll get back to Africa - Short term anyways. It is sure somthing how Africa gets a hold of a guy... isn't it? You'll start seeing me hear much more in late January after the move... OH yeah, I almost forgot... The smallest bore rifle I have is an '06 so I have been thinking I need a good pronghorn/coyote rifle... thinking about the .264 win mag or the .257 Weath. mag. Or maybe I'll just keep shooting the '06 or 9.3...

Welcome to Wyoming Aaron! Your ott6 will work just fine for any game in the state however, I do understand the need for more rifles in ones arsenal.

Aaron came to visit me one time in Wind Hoek at the Airport.

Nice to see him find a spot in Wyoming, most likely the closest thing he will find to Namibia, EXCEPT the weather.

The cold winter ought to do him in.

Good Luck

Pastor Rust,

I know you will miss Africa. It is good to have you back on this side of the pond.

I guess you will have to start looking for another double rifle?

Merry Christmas to you and your family!

Terry, This cold is already killing me... I definately need to climatize... My folks bought me a Filson Shelter cloth and wool brain warmer... Its a good start... but I need some long johns! But not wool ones... to itchy - you know where. I ain't THAT tough.

Rusty, I would love another double. My dream double is a 9.3X74 Husqvarna... Its a sweede thing! although I am mostly german. Steve Bruns from this forum has one. and I think Mac said he had one once. I only need the oportunity and the $$$.

Hi Aaron
Merry christmas to you and yours. I understand your feeling about cold climate. i hope you can find a nice double husqvarna in USA, even here in Sweden those old nice rifles are rare, but nothing is impossible.if i find some for sale in Sweden i'll tell you . i 've heard that import and export regulation is very tough over there (USA)
God bless you
danny
