Animal-rights appeasement? Wonder who is going to foot the bill for this token move?

Alf, No to belabor this, but do not these articles need citations of dates and publishers? From a casual observer point of view, it would seem that one objective of this park is that wandering elephants can wander, without the need to be micro-managed (contraception, etc.). If poaching is controlled, my guess would be that if the habitat is acceptable and can withstand it, elephants would populate Moz by themselves without transplants, as it is not isolated from other elephant populations. If there are too large populations in Botwana, Kruger, etc. it is from insufficient poaching/hunting/cropping.
