I hunted with PH Gordon Duncan and Shangaan Hunters in the Save Conservancy in '01 and '02, both trips were great. I took a 44" Cape buff and a good leopard. http://www.african-hunter.com/shangaan_hunters.htm The Conservancy is about 1 million acres, and the game is free to move around with the exterior veterinary fence. All the big 5 are present, although the black rhino are not hunted. I will go again. As with any Zim hunt you have to have continuous contact with your outfitter to monitor what is going on (up, down or sideways depending on the phase of the moon ). jim

GAHUNTER, I represent Barrie Duckworth who hunts are very large chunk of the Save. As Jim said the leopards are huge, buffalo hunting gets better every year and the quanity and quality of the plains game is fantastic. Regards, Mark

Ga- Several of the posters here have forgotten more than I know. Having said that, there has been considerable discussion here about incursions, invasions,or whatever you wish to call them and the subsequent effect on wildlife in the Save. One of the posters linked to an extensive article about this very subject.Perhaps you could search for it.
