I recently joined the SCI, was wondering about the Dallas Safari club. Is it worth being a memeber of both?

Of course this is being asked by someone who is a member of DU (local chapters Greenwing chairman) and Delta Waterfowl, so being a member of 2 similar organizations wouldn't be a new thing.

I'm now a member of both organizations, and I will be from this point forward.

Both organizations are strong advocates of hunters rights and should be supported. And being from N.C. Oklahoma, a five hour drive to the January convention in Dallas should be a welcome change. Big Grin

You should try and join a chapter near enough to you that you could get involved, not saying that you should spend all your free time there but if each member donated 1 hour a month, WOW! Big Grin Just think what could get done!

Not saying don't join one far away but "bodies" are always needed! thumb
