When hunter becomes the hunted

Pascal Rewadi (36), a resident of Mto wa Mbu , has been gored to death by a vicious buffalo he was trying to trap on June 21at noon in around the Lake Manyara National Park.

According to the Arusha Regional Police Commander Basilio Matei, Rewadi succeeded to get the buffalo in his snares but the beast was too strong and it broke loose on seeing its hunter. It ferociously gored him to death.

Police found Rewadi already dead when they arrived at scene and took his remains to the Mount Meru hospital morgue to await burial by relatives.
