Depending on terrain we’ve been at 40yds. The seemingly long shot on the tape was only 90yds

If you have time before SCI...

Add some text graphics to the lower 1/3 of screen (ticker) that indicates the number of species available in your concession, geographical location, province etc. and one or two testimonials. Look at your video reel as an electronic brochure marketing your safari company, as thousands of potential clients walk past your booth, making important decisions of how they want to invest in a safari. The way you have it now---is a photo reel of all the nice kills---and some of the other trophies that await the prospective client. It should be more than that. "What sets you apart? What makes you special? Why hunt with your outfit Leopards Valley?" Those are the questions your video should answer.

BTW you have some excellent buffalo there.

I would also include some vids of the accommodations, lodges, sleeping quarters etc. Not too extensive, no more than 20 secs of footage, because I know at your place you have some top notch accommodations.

Finally include some footage of your drivers greeting the clients at the airport.

This way you're marketing yourself as an outfit offering the COMPLETE safari experience. The COMPLETE package not just the killing part.

Excellent drone cinematography also. Your place is spectacular.
