AR Family
In the last few years, we have seen several members of the Professional Hunting fraternity suffer severe injury, and even loss of life in the line of duty. We have all seen the need, and many have even responded with financial support for these men, families, and staff who have undergone injury or loss of life. Dallas Safari Club has seen this need, and responded to it by creating a way to deliver financial support for these professionals who are truly on the 'front line of adventure.' The vehicle that will drive this effort is aptly named, DSC FRONTLINE FOUNDATION.
DSC first introduced the idea at the 2014 DSC Convention Saturday Night Gala Banquet. Since then, DALLAS SAFARI CLUB, corporate sponsors,it's members, and other individuals wanting to support the mission have funded the DSC FRONTLINE FOUNDATION which is now operational and ready to help the deserving members of the professional hunting brotherhood, on a global basis, whenever and wherever disaster strikes.
Please take a minute to watch the video link, as it will give you a better idea of how the Frontline Foundation is standing tall to help our friends who make international big game hunting possible for us all.
Cheers, and well done DSC !

Just an FYI SCI is now offering an affordable insurance for hunting guides, outfitters, and their employees. It's nice to see hunting guides have the opportunity to take appropriate professional risk mitigation measures much like anyone else. Probably not en vogue to mention SCI doing something good, but never the less.

Rhyme of the Sheep Hunter
May fordings never be too deep, And alders not too thick; May rock slides never be too steep And ridges not too slick.
And may your bullets shoot as swell As Fred Bear's arrow's flew; And may your nose work just as well As Jack O'Connor's too.
May winds be never at your tail When stalking down the steep; May bears be never on your trail When packing out your sheep.
May the hundred pounds upon you Not make you break or trip; And may the plane in which you flew Await you at the strip.

To me SCI is like the wayward child that you love & keep hoping will turn out good.
It's like being able to tell your friends, "our little Suzie quit working at the whore house & is now a cashier at Wally World."
Any & all good news is a reason to celebrate.
Good going SCI.
