I have just spoken with Pappasitos Cantina and tentatively selected a buffet with a private dinning room.
Buffet:
Beef & Chicken Fajitas
Smoked Pork Ribs
Mesquite-grilled jalapeno sausage
Shrimp - bacon wrapped Brochette style
Rice
Beans
guacamole
Sour Cream
Salsa
pico de gallo
desert - cheesecake or brownie
Coffee, Tea and soft drinks.
Cash bar.
$35 per person.
I need to get a head count for them the final count will be given them 2nd or 3rd of Jan.
I have 3 to start Frank, Joyce and me.

Die Ou JagterYea, we call em ridge runners etc. baically just good ole boys from any part of the country. They just have different names for them. I live on the side of a ridge, hunt my own ground and my wife and I each drive pick-ups, don't own a car. She feels right at home as she was orginally from WVA 45+ yrs ago.
