I haven't posted on this forum in a long time but another post made me think of this. Some one mentioned just returning from Zim with nasty bug bites. I have read discussions here on the subject many times. There is a Mom and Pop business just started last year in our area. Some folks started a business making a concoction called Bug Soother. You can get it on Amazon.com. It works against the little gnats that plague our part of the country this time of year, and it's the ONLY thing that works. Might be worth a try in Africa. I have no interest in the business, don't even personally know the people doing it, just a disclaimer Check it out
