End of last year I caught a picture of this Blue Duiker behind my camp. I had noticed that when monkeys dislodged the ripe wild figs that these diminutive animals would feed on the bounty.

Rowland ward recorded the longest horn ever recorded on a Blue Duiker at a whopping 2 7/8.

This male is therefore a very fine trophy indeed.

Andrew,

Holy crap! I shot one at 1.5" and we were all pleased to have taken a good representative. That thing is a monster.

I'm with Mark. I hunted AM and Pm for 3 days just to get a shot at one. It was 1 3/8 inches and felt fortunate to of got a shot. Good pic and someone needs to hunt that Blue Duiker. Bruce

I'd say that's a big one
Kinda like when people see some roebucks in my house and when I show them some big ones, they just get that look like " Hmmm "
I suppose until you hunt these small species on several occasion , then you can probably appreciate it
Cool pic Andrew

When I'm ready to go, pack a bag of gunpowder up my ass and strike a fire to my pecker, until I squeal like a boar.

The biggest Blue Duiker I ever saw was this one in Angola.
The place is loaded with small game but I doubt it will be for a longer period.
This is where I got to experience the bush market in full swing.

I also tried to get myself a Blue Duiker and Bay Duiker from Angola. Although I was unsuccessful in taking either of them I think I am one of the very few out there who can say; I recently hunted in Angola.
