DSC is once again providing a room for AR members to congregate and visit outside of the convention hall. The room is located east of the main entrance (turn right after you leave the hall) about 150 or 175 yards down the corridor towards Starbucks and is on the left (or north) side of the corridor. The room is identified as Ballroom C Two. This room will be open for your use the same hours as the convention. It is a "bare" room; having only a few tables and chairs. I have been told but have not verified that wifi is available near Starbucks.
For AR members who happen to be exhibitors: We will have a "lounge" area set up outside of Hall F (which is the raised portion of the convention center) where you can get away from the hustle and bustle of the show for a few minutes and hopefully relax, there will be a few tables and chairs and we plan on making bottled water available. This area will be accessed thru Hall F. If there are any last minute changes to either of these items I will post any changes here. Hope to see a bunch of you there!

It is always nice to go to the AR room for a little peace and quiet and to talk in normal tones to fellow AR members. Thanks, Karl and DSC for providing this!

Thanks for your kind comments, we honestly try to do what is best for the hunting community worldwide and for our members, to those of you that are contemplating joining DSC, I, or my wife would be glad to be a sponsor. If you so choose, in the space provided for a sponsor you can put Karl or Rebecca Evans.

You could sign up at the door last time I went. DSC makes it easy. Bring some money and a smile and the folks out front will take good care of you.

I thought I read somewhere that if you join at the door you get a 4 day pass included at no additional charge?

Thanks DSC!

The Dallas Safari Club is a special organization. I live an hour to the north but drive in to many of the monthly meetings. It is always one big happy family atmosphere where everyone is made to feel a part of the family.
