Tomorrow I leave for Atlanta then the long flight to South Africa. If the long flight dosen't kill me I will be hunting plains game near Ellisras. This is my first trip to Africa and I have been looking forward to it for a long time. With the help of the members of this sight I have been able to obtain a ton of information to make it all happen. I will of course post pictures when i get back. Now I am looking forward to finding a buffalo hunt in Zim or Tanzania when I get back. Thanks for all the information this site provides.

Yes, there is only 1 first safari maybe many others will follow for more glamours game and wilder suroundings but enjoy every minute and savor the time. Take time to enjoy both the sunrises and the sunsets. The new sounds and sights like watching a dung beetle roll his name sake down a road.

I'm jealous as I have not been able to make it to Africa....yet! I will make it over someday. Have a great time. I look forward to hearing how things went!
