I am starting plans for my hunt, its still a couple of years out, but I want everything to go ok. I will probably be hunting with HHK Safaris in Zim. We will be going for Buf, Leopard, and Sable and maybe a cow ele. What is the best time of the year to go for these animals? Mink and Wall Tents don't go together. Especially when you are sleeping in the Wall Tent. DRSS .470 & .500

I like the middle of our summer, the middle of their winter not to hot but getting dry... Mike

sierrabravo45 Leopard generally are a little easier to hunt early in the season and the other animals you mention might be easier to hunt after it got drier later in the season. So I guess it all depends on which animals are most important to you. If I was concentrating on the leopard I would book June/July in Zim or Zambia. Mark MARK H.
