Some of the Buffalo Bulls taken with us this past year on our 40,000acre area in South Africa  This Buff charged the guys and PH Koos de Wet downed it at their feet   One of the oldest bulls I ever guided in South Africa. He was bedded down in a strong wind, and Carlos and I snuck to within 15 yards of him. I tapped one of my 470 bullets on the barrel to make him stand up, at which time Carlos slipped his arrow in between the ribs. He did not make 50 yards when he piled up and bellowed. One of the most memorable hunts of my career.....  Another incredible bow hunt story. I do not like Buffalo bow hunts simply because PH's and hunters take changes they should not take. They will wait for a shot on an Impala or Warthog but for some or other reason with Buffalo the arrows just fly when they should not! This one was on the money and no drama to collect a wonderful bull on foot, walk and stalk......  Take note, Infinito does NOT do any Buffalo hunts that is not a fair chase hunt in an area where the Buffalo is self-sustainable in the area where we hunt!
