Over the weekend I caught Cindy Garrison's Get Wild and they said she was "tracking a 2 ton Eland" which she later harvested. I am sure this would be a new world record"weight wise". Eeker

Surprised you caught that. If they said she was tracking a 4 ton cucumber, I might not have noticed!

I don't think she would have much trouble with a cucumber. But she is by far the prettiest double gunner.

Man.... the ONLY way I can watch her show is with the sound OFF and even then I can only stand just so much of it. If I'm looking for porn I'll just watch the playboy channel. Roll Eyes

Cindy Garrison, a large eland and a cucumber - is this the RSA equivalent of a "donkey show"?

The two ton/two thousand lb error is quite common, I'm sure she meant two thousand pounds. Cut the babe some slack. Aside from the obvious, drop-dead gorgeous eye candy, she actually gets in there and does it, unlike some of our more "manly" personalities shooting penned up animals. Sure a good part of her show's devoted to her female assets, but it's tastefully done and beats watching the constant two-syllable "De-er huntin'" with a friggin bow or out of a shooting house. jorge

If Saeed sells raffle tickets for a "Safari with Cindy" I'll buy one. The most important thing for a hunting partner is that they have a sense of humor.

jorge, it wasn't her that made the statement it was the overdub done in the editing room by nararator. When you get to that point in the production you should be able to get things correct.

DOJ: Noted and concur. jorge

PS: regardless, even if she used Remington rifles, Tasco optics, Sierras or Accubonds for bullets, I'd STILL watch the show!

There is a link to her show on the ESPN site with video downloads. I especially like it when she shots a Hippo in the H20 and the trackers go to retrive it with rocks and sticks!!!to ward off a whole lot of other hippos! She gets into the water and mud also. Cool! Gee

As well it shows here decking a buff @ 25yds in Australia with her 470NE. Her shoulder goes back a bit! All good to me.

I'm with Jorge, she gets to the task! Too bad about her smile as it is almost perfect. Other than that, great. Big Grin

I find the show sad. Cindy is obviously a woman who is as capable or more so than most of the guys on the hook & bullet shows but the producers seem to think its necessary to present her as soft core porn. In a serious show she could be a tremendous incentive for women hunters - as well as most men. Instead she's presented with lots of leg & cleavage simply to boost ratings... not that I'm philosophicly oposed to boobs and long legs mind you!

I think the problem is because its an ESPN show. The thing is so over produced it's ridiculous. They're treating it like the NFL, something else I can barely stand to watch.
