Ouch Mike...did you "wrastle" that leopard down off the bait???

Hope you are feeling better. Mr Simba has to taunt you for awhile before you you can triumph. Sounds like a great safari and we can't wait to hear the full story and pictures

Get well,

Paul

Well Mike, I am glad you are back in the USA. I am glad you got the huge

leopard, hippo and other kills. I am glad that you've been blessed with

four safaris to the dark continent. I do feel bad for you that you took ill on

this last trip. I'll see you some time I'm sure and we'll enjoy going over
your trips down to the last detail. You're the man!!! wave

Friends, thank you for the compliments... The diagnosed problem is a cracked root under a cap had all other kinds of meds and tooth filler but no vicadins nor strong antibiotic for the infection... We all have learning experiences...
Feeling better and Wednesday appointment with dentist as long as swelling is gone, thank goodness my good life long friend is my dentist...
Will start hunt report and add to it as I feel better... This is my best picture of the safari...

She was coming to grind us down!!!

Steve, the ele was out around 70yds. I was taking out my camera to get a shot of her and I did a slight zoom with my pocket camera and she turned and headed our way. since we did not want to kill a cow we got the heck out of there asap.
Did not know that the pic caught all of the detail. I do like it alot...
The camera is a Canon Power Shot A1000 IS 10 megapixel... 2 AA batteries

Mike, Way Cool picture. Hey, did Pierre ever get rid of that RH old 375 he had (he's LH)? He was waiting for a 458 O/U BRNO when I last talked to him.

Biebs, he has the 458 but it is a little cumbersome. The front is to fat... It is just like a o/u shotgun... He is carrying 500 lately...

Nice critters Mike! I look forward to your full report!
