That is absolutely amazing. I grew up in the 1960s going to Vandalia to watch the Grand Nationals. Saeed continues to stun me with his personal accomplishments.

I think our Saeed won the Handicap title at ATA Grand about 15 years ago. As I recall the story, Saeed took up trap shooting while in living in Texas and within two years went to Vandalia and won the big boy shoot. Didn't I hear once that Walter's background include being a gun-fixer of Olympic level shotguns and that is how he ended up in UAE? UPDATE: 1985 Doubles Champ 100x100 Saeed Al-Maktoum, Houston Texas.

It might be Saeed's brother or cousin. I don't remember which he was talking about some time ago here, but one of them is a top shooter. Canuk can probably ask Saeed next time they talk.

Ahmed came in 4th in the Trap final, but still has Double Trap (his specialty) to shoot tomorrow (the 17th). Saeed (our Saeed's cousin) shoots in the skeet competition on the 22nd. Cheers, Canuck
