You guys got a lesser kudu on day one? Luck definitely was with you. Natron has lots of lesser kudu but it took 6 long days for us to get one.

I've very glad your son got one. They are a very special trophy.

Yes, we saw 6 nice lesser kudus over the 3 days we hunted at Monduli with 5 being very good ones (you can see the smaller one as he was with the one we shot in the video). Two of those five would have been a bit difficult to hunt as they had run into a patch of thick grass, but 3 presented themselves very nicely.
As were leaving TZ, our PH told another PH about the ones we had seen and he was very excited as he was hunting Monduli next.
Looking back on our hunt my son seemed to get to shoot all the cool stuff. How did that happen???
