Man attacked by buffalo in Joburg 2011-06-17 11:50 Johannesburg - A man was seriously injured when a buffalo attacked him at a nature park on Johannesburg’s West Rand on Friday, Netcare 911 said. According to witnesses, the game guard went up to the animal which then attacked him, said spokesperson Jeff Wicks. The man suffered severe injuries to his upper body, and was in a serious condition in the Leratong Hospital. The individual in question was actually on a foot patrol, guarding the rhino's on the property, and must have been so focused on the big grey jobs, that he missed the "little black jobs" coming around the kopje. | |||
