On that subject I am still taking donations on our own Iraqi vet, Russel Taylors buffalo hunt to take place in mid July of 2005... To date we have received $5000 in cash donations, a buff license from Saeed, discounted my commission, Pierre is wholesaling his end, and the good judge has given cash and a trophy fee....We are getting there and he earned every bit of it... Thank you Russel, you and your bunch got the dogs cornered and not working us over on this side of the pond..... I will pick up the next check when I see some of our boys in a resturant...Thank you for the heads up!

On Friday afternoon in ATL, while awaiting the plane for my last leg home from my just competed elephant hunt, I saw a couple of reservists on their way home for Iraq for 16 days leave. You bet they didn't have to pay their bar tab. Semper Fi! And I'm looking forward to hunting with Russell. I'm buying an AR Zebra for him. Anybody want to buy an AR kongoni? or impala? Let Ray know if you do! There is, of course, a selfish reason... I'll be there to eat the good-tasting tenderloins!

Mark You have a good hart. God bless you. Denmark also have soldiers in Iraq and I support them 110%. My half brother and friend CPT James Miller US Army just shipped out for a 12-18 month tour in the big sand box. I know he will do good and return safe to his wife and family. Cheers, Andr

Speaking as a member of the Army who has been on the receiving end of the same kindness as you showed I can assue you that means a lot to those guys. It is very humbling to have a person express their appreciation to you like that. But it is knowing there are people who care and appreciate what you do that makes it all worth while. One of my proudest moments of my military career is when an elderly crippled up WW2 vet came up to me and my partner while we were in San Antonio (just after we returned from Iraq and were in DCU's) on duty and told us in all sincerity how much how wished he had been there with us. That man was a true soldier still even though he was pushing 80. It is men like that who really make being a soldier worth while. Thanks for all you guys have done for all the service members. I know how much it is appreciated. Bill
