the little news is rebecca - daughter #3, laura and rebecca just got back from UK. Johnny has had 1 successful lion hunt, terry got charged by a wounded leopard, and is currently chasing buff around. they have a new safari manager, who is taking the load off laura. Busy people there. For all of you that have hunted with them, i'm sure a email of congrats will be appreciated.

Glad to hear things went well for Laura and the little one. Laura's due date was just a week or two before my wife's (things went well for them too Smiler). I had to resort to bribery to get my wife to let me go hunting with Muchinga this Sept. I wonder what it's going to cost Johnny to spend a whole season in the bush? When I talked to Laura, she hadn't decided, but was suggesting it would be expensive.

Didn't know Laura was expecting! Sounds like Mom and daughter are doing well... congrats to the DuPlooy clan. I will be sure to send them a congratulatory note! And hoping Terry catches up to the leopard... not vice-versa!

A response from Laura:

"The hunting world is certainly a small one!!! Our third daughter Rebecca Lauren arrived on the 10th May at 6.43pm weighing 3.566kg. She is absolutely gorgeous and has been such an easy baby. Johnny was with me though it was cut very fine as he left to go hunting 2 days later.

Many thanks for your kind wishes
Laura"
